The Bridge To Achievement, ® a Catalyst for High Academic Achievement and Work Proficiency

The BTA ® Develops Visual and Listening Memory for Achieving Critical Thinking Capability, Focus, and Fast Information Processing Speed.

  • Personalized alternative to school 8-week training: Private, small-group, individualized, fast format of 12-consecutive days of intensive training, 1 hour40-minutes daily class time, with an additional hour home practice that may be broken up into segments. The program is for ages 9-99 for fast, measurable results in learning. See JALT publications, Fall 1998 & Spring 1999 Issues on the publications page.

  • Classes are based upon age and ability levels, determined by pre-course cognitive skills assessments.

  • Entry learning ability levels must range from either low achieving to moderate to severe deficit, average, or up to high achieving to superior-gifted. The short, private program is not appropriate for autism, or severe behavior and emotional disabilities.

  • Each prospective student must qualify as to learning level, whether the BTA program is appropriate for the client's needs, and then be assigned to a compatible grouping. This requires a waiting period.

  • Lessons are on a game verbal and written rehearsal format.

  • Readability level is 3rd to 4th grade.

  • Culture fair and bias free.

  • Multi-media application with speaking characters acting as role models and task-masters.

  • Large visual-auditory projections utilize acting, comedy, and music to create a complete engaging multi-sensory experience.

  • Fast-paced, with each dramatic lesson six minutes in length.

  • All cognitive areas are trained within each session, with a focus on visual-listening memory integration and sequencing capability.

  • The student finds the training relaxing, rewarding, and pleasant.

  • Published reports for over 25 years reveal that results can appear immediately, or latently one-to-two years subsequent training. Yet, there are always dramatic improvements that maintain over time.
