March-April 2003 - Kansas State Office of Education: Mem-ExSpan, Inc. Selected as a Service Provider for the State of Kansas for schools in need of improvement for The No Child Left Behind Act.
May 2003 - Jan Kuyper Erland as Executive Director for the 501 (C)(3) nonprofit Innovative Learning Systems, is partnered with ten national school districts and learning centers for teacher training in Accelerated Learning practice.
May 2006 Mem-ExSpan partners with Innovative Learning Systems, Inc. and receives scholarship donations for training for students identified with cognitive skill weaknesses.
