The Bridge To Achievement (The BTA) ® is a learning system that integrates artistic and scientific disciplines in a creative, Brain-Based, Accelerated Learning format. The BTA ® training accelerates the learning process, so students obtain higher standardized academic achievement scores and those in the workforce learn new systems and technologies faster through a unique "Span Power" ™ chunking system. We all have the ability to improve our information processing skills.
However, we may be unaware that we could be performing at a higher level. The underlying potential exists to assimilate mathematical, scientific, and technical information more rapidly.
Visual and auditory perception and memory problems may result in learning disabilities, dyslexia, reading impairments, low math scores, and low overall academic achievement. Although some learners have more severe weaknesses than others, everyone benefits.Students learn how to think, remember, recall, and increase their learning capacity. Following BTA ® training, slower learners rapidly integrate into the classroom, and most performed at or above grade level the following year. Average students' nationally standardized achievement test scores exceeded those of gifted students two years subsequently.
Average students maintained academic achievement growth of + 1 1/2 to + 2 1/2 years beyond the + 1 to + 1 1/2 years yearly growth the teachers normally obtained following The BTA ® training. This totaled + 3 to + 4 years academic achievement growth in a single school year. (See JALT Fall 1999) These results maintained one and two years longitudinally. (See JALT Spring 1999)
The Bridge To Achievement ® pinpoints and evaluates weak learning pathways and improves their functioning capability.Mem-ExSpan's published research results indicate that may of these problems can be quickly and permanently remediated through a carefully structured series of interactive practice exercises. To integrate information effectively, an individual's visual, listening, kinesthetic, and tactile (VAKT) pathways must be fully operational and integrated.
The Bridge To Achievement ® trains students to become visual, auditory, tactile, and kinesthetic learners. Regardless of which modality initially dominates, the student learns to use all four primary pathways efficiently. Rather than functioning only with one or two primary pathways to the brain, all are optimized.
The Bridge To Achievement ® training is more than teaching study skills. It improves and integrates listening and visual memories with innovative strategies taught in multi-media driven, formulated "Span Power"™ chunking mental workout games. Students develop better conceptualization, the foundation for critical thinking.
The Bridge To Achievement ® utilizes acting, comedy, and music in a multimedia curriculum to create a complete sensory experience. This comic art theme features vivid, authentic vaudevillian variety act puppets in multi-sensory games of all cognitive areas
The Bridge To Achievement's ® benefits are extensive. They accrue in each subsequent year following training. Pattern Detection and Sequencing Skill "Span Power" ™ training improve learning and organizational ability. Individuals follow and remember complex instructions and mental details more accurately, the basis for all procedural learning. The result is improved academic performance.
Results are validated by:
